The first time you use the machine:
Attach the machine to the edge of the table with the two clips provided and insert the handle on the right side. Wipe any oil residue from the machine with a dry cloth or paper towel. Prepare a small piece of dough and pass it through the rollers of the machine several times, then discard the dough. To attach the cutting rollers, line up the joining guides and click down the corner. To remove the rollers, repeat the process in reverse.
