The set includes:

• Water pot – 26 cm
• Juice pot with spout – 26 cm
• Pot for fruit or vegetables – 26 cm

Cooking instructions:

• Fill the water container up to 2/3 full with water
• Place the juice container, hang the outlet tube with the clamp on the handle of the container
• Pour the rinsed fruit into the fruit container, sprinkling with the appropriate amount of sugar (table in the instructions for use)
• Cover with lid

Place the prepared pot with the fruit or vegetables on the hob. Simmer for a certain amount of time, depending on the type of fruit or vegetable used. Bring to the boil and keep the heat at maximum until clouds of steam appear. When the fruit or vegetables have no juice left, they should be drained into sterilised containers.
