Delivery

Your ordered products from ForKitchen.eu will be delivered quickly and safely with DPD courier service. We will deliver the products to your specified address or to selected parcel terminals (if such an option is available for your country on the our checkout page).

• Order processing takes place within 0-1 business days and is then handed over to courier services.
• Courier services usually deliver the products within 2-4 business days.
• If we do not have the products in stock, the delivery time is up to 10 business days.

On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS message about the planned delivery of your parcel.

During delivery, the courier will contact the buyer by phone to confirm the delivery time and place.

Safe use product instructions

Usage Instructions

• Newly purchased items must be washed by hand using appropriate cleaning agents.
• After use, it is recommended to wash the dish by hand without using brushes, scrubbers, or other sharp tools. They can lead to surface scratches.
• Do not let the contents of the dish evaporate
• Do not immerse a heated dish in cold water
• Do not use sharp kitchen tools inside the dish
• Adjust the burner size to the diameter of the dish (too small a burner prolongs cooking time, too large causes external blackening)

Safety

• During cooking, the handles of dishes get hot, so remember about thermal insulation when gripping the handles (only hollow handles do not get hot).
• Do not take a glass lid with a wet cloth and do not immerse it in cold water.
• Do not use items that could damage the glass in any way.
• Stainless steel dishes can be used on induction, electric, halogen, and gas stoves.

Cleaning

• Stainless steel dishes can be washed in a dishwasher.
• After every wash, the dish should be rinsed under running water and dried off. This will prevent the formation of stains.
• Minerals in water and food can leave white marks on dishes. These can be removed with a sponge and a small amount of lemon juice or vinegar.
• The external side of the dishes should also be wiped regularly.

Additional Important Information

• When seasoning, do not add salt until the contents have come to a boil.
• Stainless steel dishes and utensils should be dried off after each wash (do not leave to air dry).
• Only use wooden, nylon, or plastic kitchen tools.
• It is strictly forbidden to use stainless steel dishes in microwaves or ovens.
• The capacity of dishes is approximate and calculated up to the edge’s height.

Warranty

• All products are covered by a 12-month warranty.
• The warranty is valid provided that the products have been used in accordance with the service and usage instructions provided above.
• If, during the warranty period, it turns out that the purchased product has a defect, the owner can return it at their own expense in the original manufacturer’s packaging along with the purchase document.
• This warranty does not cover scratches, creases, color changes, other mechanical damages, or damages resulting from overheating or improper use of the product.
• The warranty does not cover non-stick coatings.

Returns and Exchanges

1. The return of purchased goods by the buyer is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated August 17, 2001, “On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using communication means,” and the order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, “On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of goods,” except in cases where the contract cannot be terminated according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. To return the product(s) based on point 1 of the Rules, the Buyer can do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller through the contact means specified in the contacts section, indicating the name of the returned product, order number, and reason for return.

3. When returning goods, the Buyer must adhere to the following conditions:

3.1. The returned product must be in its original, undamaged, and unspoiled packaging;

3.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

3.3. The product must be unused, not having lost its commercial appearance (intact labels, protective films not removed, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);

3.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer.

4. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the product return procedure set out in Article 3.

5. When returning a wrong or defective product, the Seller undertakes to take back such goods and replace them with similar, appropriate goods.

6. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the Buyer is refunded the amount paid, excluding the cost of delivery.

7. The money for the returned goods is always transferred only to the payer’s bank account, unless the Buyer and Seller agree otherwise.

8. In all cases, when returning goods, the buyer delivers the goods to the Seller’s premises at their own expense.
